Ahgunkila !

There was a Chinese wanting to be a YB at a very rural area in Sabah. The Dayak villagers there speak a language that not many understand.

Before the election, the Chinese made a public speak at the local village.

"If I were elected as the YB, I will give everybody here free electricity !!"

The people shouted " Ahgunkila ! Ahgunkila !"

The Chinese didn't understand what does the word means but he was very pleased.

"If I were elected as YB, I will give every family a free house !"

"Ahgunkila ! Ahgunkila ! Ahgunkila !". Even more louder this time.

The Chinese was so happy and he believed that he will be the next YB.

During the ride back to the city,  he saw that there was many cow dump on the road.

"What you call this in their language ?", he asked his campaign organizer.

"Ahgunkila".

How to cook Laksa Sarawak - cheap , easy and halal way !

For people like me who has a big family, eating at a restaurant is an expensive thing. Luckily I have stolen the secret Sarawak Laksa recipe from Sarawak Club and now I can cook laksa as good as any restaurant !

things you need:
Bihun - Buy it in any supermarket
Taugei
Laksa Paste
Chicken Powder Paste
Mono sodium Glutamate (some call it ajinomoto)
salt
sugar
coconut powder
egg
 some brain

To cook one plate of laksa for 1 person :

Put the bihun inside 'almost boiling' water (water too hot is no good). I always used Bihun from Sarawak but China Bihun is even better but it is expensive and no guarantee to be halal. Wait until it is soften.

Cook some taugeh and put it together with the bihun in a plate.

Fried an egg, make sure you add in just a little bit more oil before frying the egg. Will make the laksa soup tastier.

Do not turn off the fire.

Pour in 3/4 cup of water. Add in some coconut powder. You can buy the powder in packages from supermarket.

Add in 3/4 spoon on Laksa Paste.

Add in half a spoon of chicken powder paste. The Maggy one tasted the best. But it is so expensive that it will cost you an arm and a leg. So I always used clone brand.

Add in some sugar ( just a bit).

After the water is boiling, taste the soup. Add in salt or mono sodium glutamate if needed.

Pour the soup into the bihun and taugei. You are done.

Add in some small lemon juice will make it even better.

Illegal plantation

One day, God found out Satan was using the land in heaven to plan palm oil. So he call Satan.

"Hey Satan, you better remove all those palm oil tree, or else I am going to sue you !"

God heard Satan laughing at the end of the line. So he asked,

" What you laughing at ? What so funny ?"

Satan answer,

" Where are you going to find yourself a lawyer ?"

The Holy Man and the idiot

There was a man whose name is Pastor Paul. He studied the Bible for 30 years already. He remembered every scriptures just like a computer. He likes to show off to others how good his knowledge and like to speak in public.

One day, an idiot called Ah Kong told his friend, " This Pastor Paul no good, he doesn't know a thing."

Somehow, what Ah Kong said reached Pastor Paul's ear. He came to Ah Kong house and scolded Ah Kong, " Who do you think you are, you who has no fear of God in you, you know who I am ?"

Ah Kong said, " Your attitude proved what I said is true.".

The secret of life

Once upon a time there was a man who has a farm and a son. He has a horse.

One day, the horse ran away and nowhere to be found, his neighbor said, " I felt sad for you, that was a good horse."

Few days later, the horse is back and brought some wild horses with him. The neighbor said, " Congratulation, you get some horses for free ! I am happy for you".

Few months later, there is a war going on, most young people was chosen by the emperor to fight in the war except the man's son.

His neighbor said," I am so glad for you, everybody going to miss their son except you."

Few days later, his son was killed when riding the horse.

Life is not what the world think it is. It is how you see it.
