The Holy Man and the idiot

There was a man whose name is Pastor Paul. He studied the Bible for 30 years already. He remembered every scriptures just like a computer. He likes to show off to others how good his knowledge and like to speak in public.

One day, an idiot called Ah Kong told his friend, " This Pastor Paul no good, he doesn't know a thing."

Somehow, what Ah Kong said reached Pastor Paul's ear. He came to Ah Kong house and scolded Ah Kong, " Who do you think you are, you who has no fear of God in you, you know who I am ?"

Ah Kong said, " Your attitude proved what I said is true.".

The secret of life

Once upon a time there was a man who has a farm and a son. He has a horse.

One day, the horse ran away and nowhere to be found, his neighbor said, " I felt sad for you, that was a good horse."

Few days later, the horse is back and brought some wild horses with him. The neighbor said, " Congratulation, you get some horses for free ! I am happy for you".

Few months later, there is a war going on, most young people was chosen by the emperor to fight in the war except the man's son.

His neighbor said," I am so glad for you, everybody going to miss their son except you."

Few days later, his son was killed when riding the horse.

Life is not what the world think it is. It is how you see it.

Samarahan Golf Club - Throw it away or keep it ? Both side of the story...

12 REASONS TO VOTE AGAINST TIM HATCH’s MOTION FOR NO SEPARATION - By Goh Len You

1) TWO separate Club Memberships is better than only One Club Membership.

2) Members who have been forced to become members of both clubs now have a chance to opt out by selling their Samarahan Club membership at an affordable price and at a profit as well.

3) Separate Transferable Memberships will be given to members who have joined both the city and the Samarahan Club making it very much easier for them to sell either or both memberships at separate affordable prices for a better profit.

4) Third party membership such as the 1,000 FREE UNIMAS memberships who are not part of the Sarawak Club (City) will make it even more complicated for the Sarawak Club to eventually manage.

5) The separation will give both clubs better financial and management prospects and success rates.

6) A combined membership with a higher fee of a single club will not be so good as it will become unaffordable and be difficult to sell in the open market.

7) More members especially golfers will be able to join at a lower entrance fee thus increasing the income for the Samarahan Club. At present there are already 200+ subscribers who have registered their interest to take up the Samarahan Club membership at the lower entrance fees.

8) MEMBERS are very concerned about the survival chance of the city club as the Samarahan Club will continue to drain more funds from the City Club. As at Oct 2011, RM4.3 million of the City Club funds has been used by the Samarahan Club. Two years back when the new MC took over, the Sarawak Club was on the verge of insolvency.

9) Majority of Club members are initially not members of the Samarahan Club thus making it very unfair to use their contributions to keep financing the Samarahan Club. The financial problems will never end for as long as this is the case.

10) A very high percentage of members have expressed their very strong stand on their "Freedom of Choice" to be excluded from the Samarahan Club membership.

11) Raising large amount of money to finance the maintenance of the Samarahan Club will affect all members of City Club and has become both controversial and cumbersome.

12) The Sarawak Club is already prestigious enough without having to own a golf club to burden it financially and create unnecessary burden and duplicity to its ownership.

The Management Committee
The Sarawak Club

Dear Members of the Management Committee,

Re Members’ Circular of 8 September, 2011

We write as the Immediate Past Management Committee (IPMC) and this represents the views of all IPMC members who had officially consented to points included herein.

1. You said: “Due to the Resort’s monthly operating deficit, the Club was losing about RM110,000 each month..”

We say:

The Golf Course was only opened at end of 2008. Like all businesses it needed time to establish itself. The trend was improving then and patronage rising. Cost would have eventually trimmed
as the course matures and usage promoted to enhance revenue. Your committee should have given it sufficient time and also promoted its usage.

2. You said: The Club had a few hundred thousand dollars…”

We say:

We started the project with a detailed cash flow. The project was duly approved by over 51% of all members through the return of a form distributed to all members. This was officially
reported at the EGM on 20 June 2005 and it is in the minutes that the internal auditor and an independent audit committee verified and certified the count. So, at that material time, the
budgeted contribution from the over 51% amounted to RM10.3 million.

A group of members campaigned to dissuade members from paying for the golf resort claiming they have an “innate right” to choose even though the project was approved and ongoing. There
was already contractual commitment and no turning back. Due to the persuasion of this group some 680 members opted out or withdrew. As a result we were RM2.45m short. We had then
pre-empted this shortfall and proactively informed members in a circular on 19 March 2008. We then had to reschedule payments to some suppliers and due to our good will with them they
willingly obliged.

The fire that occurred in 2006 also drained the club of RM2,000,000 in additional cost of construction to upgrade our club. This was duly approved by the EGM before being spent.

With prudent financial management, we would have paid suppliers according to reschedule had we opted to stay back. We never had to go back to members for more money. Why did you not
have a dialogue then with our team to see what our plans were and refrain from assigning blames? This consultation with the IPMC should have been done if there is genuine goodwill and
sincerity from your part.

It was because by persuading members to withdraw from paying you created the funding problem. It was due to this that the whole Management Committee then decided to retire at
the 2009 AGM. Our reason was to let you come in to sort out the problems you created. When we disclosed this intention to Richard Wee and Chew Pok Oi at a meeting prior to nomination,
the remark from Pok Oi was: “I thought we were pushing a point. We did not expect you to step down. In that case I nominate Richard.”

To this we replied: “Be our guest.”

3. You said; “….Before MC left office, they authorized a payment of RM300,000 to contractor for the golf Resort.”

We say:

The consultants and our duly appointed Golf Development Sub-Committee certified that the contractor had completed the work. Albeit there were some defects and a defect list was
prepared for the contractor to remedy. Contractually we had to pay. The contractor hadthreatened to sue the Club. Our decision then was to pay the contractor part of the balance so
as to avoid the Club from being dragged into protracted and costly litigations.

You had taken the advice from your legal advisors to withhold payment. As a result The Club isnow being sued. The legal cost budgeted is RM250,000 as requested by you. The claim by the
contractor is now not RM1.9million but RM2.3million inclusive of interest. Is this the best course of action to take? What is the likelihood that whoever wins, the loser would appeal? This means
more cost to members. You could have taken a business wise decision and negotiated. Why didn’t you try harder or at least gotten our help?

4. You said: ”….a letter promising to pay a further RM60,000 per month until August 2010”

We say:

This money was for the golf course development which was budgeted collection from 600 remaining golf course members who were still paying the RM100 per month till October 2010.
This money was for the construction cost. As this was assured collection we were able to assure the contractor of the monthly payment to him and avoid legal action by him. We had to assure
him that he will be paid to avoid the costly legal case.

Had your committee used the money as intended you would have saved the legal cost and perhaps negotiate for an amicable settlement of less than what was asked for. We knew the
details. We could have helped. You did not request our help despite our many offers to help.

5. You said: “pay the contractor a further sum of RM296,880 from the Club money expected to receive from the insurer in respect of the fire…”

We say:

Based on our estimate RM296,880 was expected to finished off the contract payment and avoid litigation.

It must now be put on record that after the fire, the contract payments for the rebuilding of the city club was met by cash collected then from members contributing toward the building of the
golf resort. Does the present MC know that without the golf resort fund being used first to pay the city club house reconstruction contractor, work could never proceeded on time? We will not
have a brand new and much better city club completed in 6 months. Members would have lost interest if facilities and services were not put back so quickly.

Non golf resort members never wanted to accept this fact and to appreciate that golfing members did not complain of their funds being temporarily used for the reconstruction of the
city club. In fact it was disclosed many a times in the general meetings.

6. You said: ‘……we engaged the contractor in negotiation for settlement…”

We say:

This should have been pursued. Why did it fail? The members must know why. Was there genuine effort? The IPMC should have been asked to help. Even though it offered, this offer was
never accepted. It could have saved us time, lots of members’ money and saved our very important reputation of not being sued.

7. You said: “ ……A court case is now pending……”

We say:

We will not comment as the case is pending before the court and is sub-judice

8. You said: “….Club has RM3million…..”

We say:

“You have done well. Congratulations!” You managed to get members to accept the first subscription increase in ten years!

Our point is that on your own admission, you had reduced the creditors from 6 months to 2 months. In spite of that, you managed to accumulate RM3million during that time. An average
of RM200,000 per month over 15 months. Now that creditors accounts have been updated our cash reserves is going to increase at an even more phenomenal rate. We will not speculate how
much but it will not be small. Has the increase in charges to members been too drastic? Are you over charging members? Are you making money out of our members?

Please also admit that members as a matter of course also owe the club at any one time for current and overdue subscriptions, signed chits, etc. to the tune of RM0.75million to
RM1million. Why did you not disclose this? As a matter of practice this money when collected the following month is to pay for creditors which you referred to above.

9. You said: ‘…..RM2.3million has to be set aside as contingency……”

We say:

In your paragraph 9 you claimed to have a good case. Why then is this provided in full? Is there doubt?

Members must now know that instead of working towards a settlement with the contractor for RM1.9million, we now have a provision of RM2.3million plus legal cost of RM250,000 and
perhaps other costs including appeal cost even if we win the case. Is this a prudent decision and the good advice from some quarter?

10. You said: “The Club need reserves for repairs…….”

We say:

This is always taken care of on a routine basis and operating in nature. The funds from members’ subscription should be used for this. In good business practices we do not put large
reserves like this for such contingencies which are required in the normal course of business.

11. You said: “……had reserves in excess of RM6million………..”

We say:

This money was collection for the golf course project. Collection started in 2005 after the project was approved in 2004. That is why we pointed out earlier that part of this money was available
to pay the city club house reconstruction contractor progress payments before the insurance money came in.

Do we still need to talk about “you and us”? It had been “one club” all the while.

Let members now note that golf course fund collection was partially used for the city club reconstruction as a bridging loan before insurance money came in. This was never appreciated
and you now want to “cut” that golf resort club off!

In your last paragraph of Page 3 you said “Today, the operational loss at the Resort has been trimmed to less than RM50,000 per month. …”

We understand that the golf course maintenance contract with SJGFA Sdn. Bhd has been terminated. In the then contract SJGFA was responsible for:

• Supervising the course and its maintenance
• Golf course machinery fleet
• Fertilizers & Soil Amendments for greens, tee-boxes, fairways & rough
• Chemical requirements-herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, others
• Repair & maintenance of equipment + workshop
• Fuels & lubricants
• Sand & gravel for greens
• Drainage & irrigation-service & parts

Kindly enlighten us. You have now employed a Golf course superintendent. How much is his salary and where in the accounts do you park his cost? The club has taken over all of SJGFA golf course machinery fleet. Was the take over at fair value? Was any independent party consulted before this was valued?

How much is the club now incurring monthly paying for the machineries and where in the accounts have you parked this cost? Where in the accounts do you now park the costs of fertilizers, chemicals, fuels & lubricants, sand & gravel, drainage & irrigation-service & parts. If you total up all the foregoing mentioned costs do you still trim the operational loss to RM50,000 per month? We would like you to show to members on a basis of apple to apple comparison and we look forward to full disclosure to the foregoing.

On another issue, why was the excavator that you bought recently for the golf course financed by a
finance company? Was it fair on members when you have reputedly RM3.2million cash in bank? What kind of business is this? It does not appear that you are looking after the interest of all members.

We hope this has put on record our side of the story. This is a family club with a history that is
unparalleled. We fully agree we should not write blogs and wash our linen in public. This route was
deployed by “Save the Club” lobby two or three years ago. It is for this reason that we are writing a
private letter to you to avoid aggravating the issues. Facts are facts and no amount of writing, debates and talking will change them.

As for members, we leave it to you to disseminate this information to them. Now that you have
circulated them your views we hope you will be magnanimous and gracious enough to also let our side of the story be known. We hope you will distribute this letter of ours to members too and promptly. We hope that it will be circulated in print and also posted in the Club’s official Web Site as you have done with yours. The members should be entitled to hear both sides and judge for themselves.

With this letter we hope to lay to rest all these differences that has been created in the club and we
hope this historical club will have “….PEACE WITHIN THY WALLS” as the Rajah Muda Bertram Brooke wished for when he declared this club open on this present site in 1927.

As a parting note we feel that what needs to be explained is done herein and that the “dialogue”
proposed for 2 October, 2011 by you is no longer necessary. It will be divisive. We like the issues to be laid to rest and let members judge by themselves after reading both sides of the story. No further exchanges are warranted. We hope we can be a family and social club, as it was intended to be, again.

Best Wishes to you and members of The Sarawak Club,

Yours truly,

Tan Sri Datuk Amar Haji Adbul Aziz Bin Dato’ Hussain

Past President & Members of the Management Committee

What is 64 bit Operating System ??

There are 64 bit Windows 7 flying around in the market. Actually new computers nowadays are preloaded with the 64 bit version..

The Limitation of 32 Bit Operating System
The old 32 bit version of Windows can only support up to 4 GB of RAM. And one thread (aka one program) can only access up to 2 GB. Doesn't matter how many RAM you put in.... Only 2 GB

History
Somewhere in the year 2000, Intel release this 64 bit CPU called Itanium. But it was too expensive and incompatible with existing 32 bit program.

After that, AMD release AMD 64 CPU. It is not a new design but just a minor extension of the Intel 386 instruction. Because it is cheap it came to wide acceptance.

Itanium are obsolete now. All 64 Bit Operating System and program are designed to run on AMD 64 nowadays.

Is it better ?
64 bit OS and program used twice the RAM comparing with 32 bit. But it run 50 % faster then 32 bit.

64 Bit driver are incompatible with 32 Bit driver. All 64 Bit driver must be signed by Microsoft if you want to install it. No such restriction on Linux.

32 Bit program will run on 64 bit Operating System with 50 % performance decrease. 64 Bit program cannot run on 32 bit Operating System.

Conclusion
If you are a video editor or a serious gamer or a database manager, you will see a big increase in performance of your PC if you upgrade it to 64 Bit. For ordinary users, there is no difference.

An American and a China Man

An American was trying to show off his latest Intel Core I7 laptop to a China man.

He said, " You can ask me anything and I can find an answer on googirl."

Chinaman said, " Are you sure ? I am a wise man. Let us challenge each other. If I cannot answer your question, you pay me 5 dollars and if you can't, you pay me 50 dollars."

The American thought about it and think it is a good deal so he accepted the challenge.

The Chinaman start first, " What goes up a mountain with 4 legs and came down with 3 legs ?"

The American searched in googirl for half an hour but cannot find an answer for that question.

"Sorry, I can't answer that." The sad American said and gave the Chinaman 50 dollars.

Now it was the American turn. He thought for a while and finally asked his question.

"What goes up the mountain with 4 legs and came down with 3 legs ?"

The Chinaman answered, " I Don't know." and gave him 5 dollars.

enbedded device taking over desktop and laptop ?

There has been many reports saying that embedded device (smartphone, tablet pc) will replace desktop and laptop pc soon. Is this true ? Is it good or bad?

Well, it is true that there are more 'embedded device' running then real pc. Depending how you define an 'embedded device' is. Linux is running on many router, modem, mobile phone, microwave oven, refrigerator, car entertainment system, car parking meter, dvd player and many thing. You have been a big user of embedded device or Linux without knowing you are one.

Lately the technology movement in smartphone is really amazing. Nowadays you can get a powerful processor and a real operating system on a cheap smartphone. You can run tweeter, facebook, bittorrent, checking email and typing letter on it.

All this happened because all this devices doesn't depend on Microsoft and Intel. So anybody can make a cheap thing out of it.

Desktop and laptop sales is going down because of these device. But they will survive because you need them to do more complicated thing like CAD, graphic editing and 3D games.

Nasty fight within Sarawak Club

Check this page here. Many people has posted nasty thing about The Sarawak Club MC here. They thought they are transparent and cannot be found. They are wrong. If somebody sue them they are going to pay.

And check out this letter of reply by the club Honorary Secretary. You can see how nasty thing has became in The Sarawak Club.

Well. No human are saint in this world. Everybody are hypocrite. It is funny something so simple can turn into something ugly like this.

I hope all their members go to the meeting on 2nd October and sort this thing out. You must go no matter how busy you are. This is serious.

Why we should not buy iphone or ipad

I was sad because some of my friends spent their hard earn cash buying iphone and ipad. But form the technology point of view, they are low spec staff which cost 400% more than their reasonable price.

But the most important reason is because the software model the Apple is using. You can't just write a software and expect it to run on the 2 rubbish products. You have to submit to Apple and pay them money.

Even the super cheap smartphone has higher spec then these ipad and iphone. So save your money and buy a smartphone or netbook.

Difference between 3 programming language : C++, Java & python

For persons who wants to write program for computer, here are some
programming language they can choose from :

C++ :
C++ is a superset of C. Meaning that C++ is C with more features.
Kernel of Windows 7 was written in C. Linux kernel was written in C.
Here is a simple C++ program :

#include <stdio.h>

int main (void)
{
    printf("Hello World !\n");
    return 0;
}

C++ are very complicated.It needs to be compile
into machine native code to be able to run. But it
runs very fast and used very little memory.
A C++ program in Windows will not be able to run on Linux and vice vesa.
A program for AMD 64 cannot be run on Intel32 machine.
C++ program can deal directly with your hardware and the programmer
must manage the memory of the program properly.
Java:
Java is a great programming language by Sun (now belong to Oracle).
The syntax looks like C and it has automatic memory management. But
C++ program runs 10 to 100 times faster then java. Here is
a sample Java program code :

package helloworldapp;

public class HelloWorldApp {

    public HelloWorldApp() {
    }

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        System.out.println("Hello World!");
    }

}

The code must be compile to bytecode and load into
your Java interpreter program to be able to run. But
the bytecode are portable across different OS and machine.
Java is simple but take a lot of writing to do simple thing and it
is slow and take o lot of your computer memory.

Python :
Python is a cool programming language. It is very simple
and programmer can write a program in the shortest of time.
Here is a simple code program:

print " hello world !"

Simple right ? Python code are no need to compile into anything.
You just run the text file with python interpreter program. Python
are slower then Java. But NASA and Wall street use it for their mission
critical application.

difference between Intel Pentium G620 I3, i5 and i7

Many people asking me this question so I have better make clear explaination here.

First of all, from the technology point of view, the 4 thing is about the same. But Intel make different name for them for marketing and different range of pricing.

Here are some of the features of these LGA 1155 processors :

2 core and 4 core : i7 normally has 4 cores but the others has 2 cores except some expensive i5.

Hyper Threading : Useless technology by Intel. Only the Pentium G620 doesn't has it. You will see 4 cores on your OS but actually there are only 2. Another 2 are virtual core. The virtual core was generated using extra cycle from your CPU. The truth is if you have extra CPU cycle, you don't need hyper threading. The shit just confuse your operating system.

Turbo Boost : Only i5 and i7 has this thing. The CPU can increase speed by 30 % for a few seconds.  But this is just for temporary only. I don't see any benefit of this thing.

Clear Video : Only on i5 and i7. This thing can directly decode your H264 and mpeg 4 movie within your CPU (aka H264 hardware decoding) . But CPU nowadays are powerful enough to decode all these movies using software. Unless you want to watch Super High Resolution Full HD video (where to get this kind of video ?), you really don't need this shit. Do you know that computers nowadays can directly decode mpeg2 (aka DVD). But nobody use this features anyway because the software is good enough already. Software can be upgraded but hardware can't.

True 3D technology : This one on i5 and i7 only. can render 3D thing in the CPU. Useless unless you play racing game and 3D shooting game. And if you really serious into gaming, buy AMD.

Conclussion : It is all the 'price' thing. Buy i7 and i5 if you wanna show off you are rich. Buy G620 if you want to do serious work and wanna save $

Rich Foochow finding a brain

One day, a doctor told a very rich Sibu Foochow guy, " Boss, your brain got cancer and you need a new brain from a person who is dying!"

The Foochow said, " My God ! Can you find me a very good brain ? I am willing to pay anything."

Few days later, the doctor called the rich man," Boss I have found one which belong to a civil engineer. He is willing to transfer to you if you willing to pay 1 million ringgits."

The Foochow said, " An engineer ? You think I am so poor ? find me a more expensive one !"

Few days past by and the doctor told the guy, " I have found one brain from a scientist, this one will cost you 10 millions !"

The Foochow said, " I am a billionaire, find a brain that is really good ! I want first class !"

Again another few days went by and the doctor call again, " OK. I have found the best brain but will cost you 500 millions."

Rich man said, " Great, will take it !"

After a successful brain transferring surgery the Foochow said, " Thanks doctor for your work. I believe you have given me the best brain. May I know this brain belong to who ?"

Doc answer, " a civil servant."

"What !??? My God ! Why is it so expensive ??!!!"

Doctor said, " Because it is hardly been used."

how to bypass government DNS blocking of certain web site

Last month, Malaysia has instructed all the ISP to block some file sharing website. Some of the sites are : www.thepiratebay.org filestube.com duckload.com megaupload.com and many others. Most ISP block it inside their DNS server. Users just change to a new DNS server and will be able to access all those sites.

What is DNS Server? DNS is Domain Name Server. Devices connect to each other using IPV4 address on the internet. Like : 206.678.1.5 or 235.456.23.5

when you key in an address on your browser like www.yahoo.com, the computer will ask the DNS server for the IPV4 address of www.yahoo.com. And the DNS server will reply something like 243.326.345.6

Just change the DNS Server to google DNS server and you can bypass all your ISP blocking.

In Windows XP:
Control Panel  -> Network Connection -> Local Area Network (Or Wireless Network) -> click on TCP / IP -> Properties

change your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4

In Windows 7 :
Control Panel -> Network And Internet -> Network And Sharing Center ->Manage Network Connection
Right click on your connection and select Properties. Click On TCP/IPV4 and select Properties

change your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4

In Linux :

edit the file /etc/resolv.conf

Four UN soldiers

During the war in Bosnia, 4 UN soldiers was surrounded by enemies. One British, one American, one Malay, One Malaysian Chinese.

The British soldier was shot on his chest. He shouted, " Long live the Queen !" and drop dead.

The American was shot later, before he closed his eyes and died, he said, " God save America !"

Now only left the 2 Malaysian soldiers. The Malay was shot also ! He shouted " Insaf Allah !" before he died.

The Malaysian Chinese is the only one alive. But he doesn't last long also because he was alone. Finally 1 bullet went into his chest.

Before he fall down and died, he shout, " #@&%$ your mother !!!! "

Happy life without institution churches

I have became one of the millions of Christians who walk out of their churches.

I believe this churches thing was something invented by the evil Emperor Constantine during Roman Empire time. The real church of Christ is the one that is invincible and made of real Christians. Not some elegant pastor who like to criticize others but they themselves are the worst kind of human.

I am surprised there are so many place in the internet that can provide spiritual need. truthforfree is one of them. I know some may said the internet / the facebook / twitter are the Antichrist but I have had enough of their bullshit.

Two weeks ago my friend asked me a question : If a Buddhist want to built a temple, will you donate RM 10 or not ? I answered : Yes if they take shelter of the poor people. But if XXX (sensored) Church asked me for 10 ringgit, I won't even give a cent. Because they are teaching people to love money and they are preaching evil.

Yes. My mother went to this XXX Church once to listen to their Evangelical Sermon. The pastor said "Do you know why Sibu people are rich ??? Because they are Christians !" My mother never had any interest with Christianity ever since.

I love Jesus. I hate local church.

Follow Jesus. Read the Bible and not human bullshit.

Here is what the Bible said about those money loving church :

Revelation 17 :
 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying, “Come here. I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who sits on many waters, with whom the kings of the earth committed sexual immorality, and those who dwell in the earth were made drunken with the wine of her sexual immorality.” He carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet-colored animal, full of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns. The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the impurities of the sexual immorality of the earth.

Get out of here ! Get out of her !!!

Making computer (even) faster

Many people have a very high end computers but it is as slow as a 486..... Some takes 5 minutes to boot up....some takes 30 seconds to open their Microsoft Word ( Most computer dummies use Microsoft Word). So what is the problem ? Any solution ?

Well, most people using 95 % of their CPU power to do non productivity job. Another word : rubbish. Like : Graphic enhancement for their desktop, scan virus and many thing that doesn't make any sense.

So first : Disable Graphic Enhancement : Go to control panel -> System -> Performance -> Setting and select 'adjust computer for best performance'

Second thing : Add exception of 'explorer.exe' to your anti virus program. Even better just get rid of the anti virus program. Switch to Linux and you don't have to worry about virus anymore.

Run 'services.msc' and disable some of the rubbish services. Like 'System Restore', Remote registry, secondary Logon, distributed link transaction, BITS, Fast User Switching.

Run this 3 commands:

fsutil behavior set disablelastaccess 1
fsutil behavior set disable8dot3 1
fsutil dirty set c: (if c is your system drive)

reboot.

get rid of all your temporary files and temporary internet files using disc cleanup

After that, run this :
defrag c: (if C is your system drive)
